This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. 2. **Rescheduling Policy** First-time appointments may be rescheduled **once**, provided that at least a 24hr notice is given. Rescheduling must be done via email or text. 3. **No Call / No Show Policy** Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and will be **prohibited from booking future appointments**. By booking your first appointment, you agree to these terms.
